israel core
The (Israel) IL CORE team is working to create Israeli's FHIR Core standard, in an agreed-upon manner and adapted to local needs.
The work on the Core Profile is made in collaboration with representatives and experts from HealthCare organizations, according to the profile’s validation process.
PROFILE
a resource or compilation of resources adapted for a specific need. To implement a use case, various pertinent resources and profiles are used.
CORE PROFILES
A set of main profiles that are being used frequently, and serves as the basis for many data transfers - such as: “Patient”, “Practitioner”, and “Observation”.
RESOURCES
The FHIR® standard consists of basic building blocks called 'resources'. The various resources can be incorporated and merged into different matrices to define clinical, logistical, and administrative processes.
Standard resources can be tweaked to reflect an organizational or local HealthCare system needs.
A world in which those who need data are able to get accessibility to the relevant data needed at a time and place they need it, while protecting the patients’ privacy and data security.
